What I do
By taking part in amazing mentoring programs and having the opportunity to be coached and surrounded by great product leaders, I have learned and continue to learn how to solve real user problems. The following overview summarizes three core competences where I can confidently say I am building a career on.
Behind the Why?
My passion and curiosity motivate me to go down the rabbit hole and solve real user problems that provide value, and work for the business. By closely collaborating with developers and talking to real users / customers I feel thrilled delving deeper into their why and creating products that users fall in love with.
Seeking Purpose
As a co-founder my sense of purpose fuels my ambition to be part of something greater. This intrinsic motivation allows me fly through the highs and empowers me to push through the lows. Throughout this journey, I never lose sight of my infinite vision, constantly pushing boundaries and exploring new paths.
Creative Thinking
Shifting from a solution based approach to a problem centric one has been quite a journey (and continues to be). As someone who thrives on creativity and visual thinking, this skill has been both a blessing and a curse. However, harnessing it in the right context has proven to be rewarding.

alocalo GmbH (2020 – present)
Co-founded a SaaS startup empowering local retail to compete with Amazon which got funded year one by the European Innovation Council (2.3 M).
Built up a 26 people team from scratch and managed cross-functional tasks in an international and diverse environment.
Lead a ten people development team rolling out four applications within two years in a B2B2C setting.
Responsible for eight product objectives combining SCRUM with OKRs resulting in an average of 89% achievement rate.
Leveraged strong soft-skills to motivate the development team and achieved a sprint completion rate over 93%.
Conducted 50+ user interviews and utilized empathetic questioning techniques to identify the core user problem.
Provided the frontend team with high quality visual prototypes for four applications.
Analyzed and applied product learnings through Stakeholder Management (internal & external).
